Thank you for learning about our new policies and procedures in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Our customers and our employees safety is our top concern as we navigate these new waters.
We are now preforming complete “pre” and “post” disinfections of all vehicles in our shop. Using water-based disinfectants, we are wiping down all touch points of every car before we bring it into the shop. We are then re-applying disinfectants after we have completed the repairs. We are utilizing a touch-less key transfer and offering contact free payment options. We are also applying an anti-microbial free of charge to every vehicle. This prevents germs from attaching to the surface area where applied.
We are also offering mobile options where we can come to a customers home or office and complete some small repairs. For larger repairs, we are offering a concierge service where we will pickup and drop off the vehicle at the customers locations.
Maintaining quality repairs is extremely important to us through all of this. We also believe that social responsibility and customer service is essential as we work through this time. Please let us know if we can help in any way.
